Red Wine Chocolate Cupcakes

The bloggers over at Enjoy Bordeaux posted a link to this recipe for Red Wine Chocolate Cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour (4.5 oz)
6 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
3/8 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 oz unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons red wine
That sounds amazing, I think I will try it out over the weekend -- using Fabbioli's Raspberry Merlot, of course. Anyone who wants one, let me know.
